摘要
目的探讨检测妊娠高血压综合征患者凝血原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原定量(Fib)的临床意义。方法检测130例正常妊娠孕妇(正常妊娠组)、93例妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)孕妇(PIH组)、150例非妊娠健康妇女(对照组)的凝血PT、APTT、TT、Fib,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果 PIH组的PT、APTT和TT明显缩短,Fib含量升高,与对照组、正常妊娠组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且病情与PIH的严重程度有关。结论在PIH病情的不断发展过程中,其存在着凝血和纤溶系统的平衡紊乱,对PIH孕妇进行动态监测凝血因子的变化,不仅能及时采用有效的处理措施,可降低产科意外事件的发生,同时对指导治疗、预防病情发展具有极重要的临床意义。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the testing about the PT,APTT,TT,Fib testing in the patient with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods The PT,APTT,TT,Fib of 130 health pregnancy women（health pregnancy group）,93 pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients（PIH group）,and 150 health but no pregnancy women（control group）,and which would be checked,and then compared and analyzed the dimension of three groups.Results The PT,APTT and TT of the PIH group was shorter,and the Fib was rising,be compared with the health pregnancy group and the control group,there was different statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and there was a relation of the state of an illness and order of severity.Conclusion In unceasing development,the balance of the cruor and fibrinolytic system is foul-up,so it is necessary to check the PIH patient＇s clotting factor,not only can use the effective measure on time,but also can low the accident in the obstetrical department,and it is very important to guide treatment and control the progression of disease in the clinical,too.
