摘要
近年来,调节性T细胞(regulatory Tcell,Treg)的基础和临床研究方兴未艾,从Treg的鉴定、分选、体外扩增到临床应用研究取得了许多突破性进展,激发了人们对调节性B细胞(regulatory Bcell,Breg)和调节性树突细胞(regulatoryDC,DCreg)的极大兴趣。我们把这些具有负性调节功能的免疫细胞及其相互之间的复杂联系称为“调节性免疫细胞网络”。
