摘要
在锂离子电池碳负极的制备中 ,粘合剂和导电碳黑用量、所用材料的颗粒大小都大大影响了负极的电化学性能。通过循环伏安及电容量测量技术 ,研究了影响碳负极性能的各种因素 ,发现合适的组分和配比应是含大约占总质量 5 %的粘合剂、2 %左右的导电碳黑及 40 0目左右的颗粒度 ,按此种配比制得的碳负极具有较高的充放电容量 ( 3 0 6 1mAh/ g)
WT5”BZ] The content of binder(PVDF)and conductive carbon black and the particle size greatly affected the electrochemical properties of carbon anode.Many related factors on carbon anode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and capacity test.The results showed that the suitable composition containing 5% binder,2% conductive carbon black,and 400mesh particle size.The carbon anode with above composition had high specific capacity (306.1mAh/g)and long cycle life.
