基于以问题为基础学习的认知学徒制策略在普通外科学临床见习教学中的应用 被引量:1

Application of problem-based learning based cognitive apprenticeship in clerkship teaching of general surgery

摘要 临床见习是医学生将医学理论知识与临床实践相连接的关键环节。在借鉴以问题为基础学习教学方法、认知学徒制等的基础上,结合普通外科学的临床实践,本文提出了基于以问题为基础学习的认知学徒制策略的概念与特点,并初步探讨其在普通外科学临床见习教学中的应用,以期提高医学生普通外科学见习效果。结果显示,基于以问题为基础学习的认知学徒制策略可以明显提高学生的学习兴趣,并能够更好地培养学生的临床思维、提高学生的学习效率。 Clinical clerkship is important to integrate medical science theory with practice. Based on the analysis of teaching methods about problem-based learning (PBL) and cognitive apprenticeship, and combined with clinical practice of general surgery, this paper proposed the meaning and features of PBL- based cognitive apprenticeship, and explored the application of the strategy in general surgery for clinical clerkship, with an attempt to provide beneficial reference to improve teaching quality in general surgery for clinical clerkship. The results showed that PBL-based cognitive apprenticeship teaching could improve the learning interests of medical students, promote the training of clinical thinking and improve their learning efficiency.
