摘要
根据临床研究需要,我们建立了用HPLC 测定小鼠肿瘤腹水中补骨脂内酯含量的方法.本方法回收率100.44%,日内误差CV%<4%,日间误差CV%<8.7%.我们认为本法比较简便、迅速,有较好的实用性.
Amethod for the determination of psoralen in H22 tumor ascites of mice wasdeveloped using high performance liquid chromatography.The recovery andaccuracy were satisfactory.The method was simple,rapid and applicable.
