摘要
目的探讨系膜增生性肾小球肾炎治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-13水平的变化及意义。方法测定70例患者治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-13的含量,并与30例正常健康者作比较。结果激素敏感组系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者在治疗后血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-13水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-13水平变化在一定程度上可提示病情变化,监测治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin-6（IL-6）,interleukin-10（IL-10） and interleukin-13（IL-13） levels before and after treatment in pediatric patients with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.Methods Serum IL-6,IL-10 and IL-13 levels were determined in 70 patients before and after treatment and 30 controls.Results After treatment,the serum IL-6,IL-10 and IL-13 levels in the steroid sensitivity group were lower than those before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The changes of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-13 levels can reflect the change of disease condition and monitor the therapeutic effects.
