摘要
目的识别、分析某公司新建配页胶订联动线生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害,为从源头预防、控制职业病提供技术依据。方法采用检查表法和类比法相结合的原则进行定性、定量分析评价。结果在项目配页、胶订、接书工序生产过程中可能接触苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、稳态噪声,属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论只有将各项职业病防护措施落实到位,才能在该项目投产后使其职业病危害因素符合国家卫生标准要求。
[ Objective ] To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in the new adhesive binding flow-line production of a printing house, and provide evidence for occupational disease prevention and control from the source. [ Methods ] Checklist method and analogy method were adopted to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. [ Results] The occupational hazards of benzene, toluene, xylene, solvent naphtha , steady-state noise might exist in the production process of assembling, adhesive bind- ing and book collecting. Therefore it was ordinary occupational hazard project. [ Conclusion] Only the fulfilled occupational disease prevention measures can ensure the intensity or concentration of occupational hazards in this project in line with national health standards.
