摘要
目的分析深圳市某街道职业病危害因素,为更好地做好职业病预防工作提供科学依据。方法收集某街道近10年来确诊的职业病危害资料,摸底调查辖区内用人单位的职业病危害情况,检索分析日常监测与职业健康检查结果。结果经过统计分析发现,近10年来某街道发生职业病52例,三氯乙烯、正己烷等有机溶剂引起的职业中毒是主要职业病病种,增长速度最快,占82.7%,尘肺病与噪声危害也不容忽视。结论有机溶剂是本地区危害最严重的职业病因素,应加强工程防护、个体防护与健康教育,做好上岗前职业健康检查,减少职业病的发生。
Objective To analyze the occupational disease hazard of a street in Shenzhen,and to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling occupational diseases.Methods All patients with occupational diseases diagnosed in last 10 years in the street were chosen as research objects.The incidence of occupational diseases in the units of the street was surveyed,and the fatality rate and routine monitoring data were analyzed.Results The results of the statistical analysis showed that there were 52 cases of occupational diseases in last 10 years in the street.Most occupational diseases were induced by organic solvents (trichloroethylene and n-hexane),which were main occupational hazards in last 10 years in Baoan District,and the constituent ratio was 82.7%.The occupational risk of silicosis and noise could not be neglected.Conclusions Occupational poisoning induced by organic solvents is the most severe occupational disease hazard.Occupational safety prevention and health education should be strengthened and improved to reduce the occurrence of the diseases.
