摘要
目的:探讨加味修肝散先熏后服治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院眼科门诊进行治疗的单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者78例(86眼),随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组联合加味修肝散先熏后服治疗,比较效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94.87%,对照组总有效率为76.92%,观察组治愈时间和复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味修肝散先熏后服治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎,可明显提高治疗的总有效率,缩短病程,降低复发率。
Objective： To explore the clinical effects ofXiu Gan San in treating simple herpetic keratitis. Methods： In our hospital 78 cases （86 eyes） were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given conventional plus Xiu Gan San treatment, compared the effects. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, and was 76.92% of the control group, Healing time and recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiu Gan San was effective in treating simple herpetic keratitis, which could significantly improve the total effective rate, short the course of disease, reduce recurrence rate.
