联合中药熏眼治疗病毒性角膜炎的临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察联合应用中药熏眼对临床治疗角膜炎的效果。方法将住院治疗的60例病毒性角膜炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,37眼,给予对症抗炎药物等临床常规治疗联合应用中药熏眼;对照组30例,42眼,给予对症抗炎药物等临床常规治疗。对两组病人的治愈率和平均治愈时间加以比较。结果治疗组平均治愈时间明显短于对照组(t=4.49,P<0.01),治疗组治愈率,总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论联合应用中药熏眼治疗病毒性角膜炎可提高治愈率,缩短疗程。
