摘要 介绍了一种用于高速动车空心车轴疲劳缺陷超声波探伤的浮动式探头机构的结构和工作原理,该探头机构通过相应驱动部件的牵引能完成对动车空心车轴疲劳缺陷的超声波探伤;同时可精确确定探头机构的探伤扫查速度及车轴上疲劳缺陷的具体位置。该机构不仅能作为动车空心车轴超声波自动化探伤系统的主要探测部件,而且可作为专用探头对动车空心车轴疲劳缺陷实施超声波手工探伤,因而具有较广的使用和推广价值。 The structure and the working principle of a kind of floating probe for ultrasonic detecting fatigue defects in hollow-axle of power car is introduced.The mechanism could accurately determine the scanning speed and the location of fatigue defects in the hollow-axle through pulling of appropriate driving components.At the same time this mechanism is not only used in the auto-Ultrasonic non-destructive testing system of the hollow-axle in the power car as a main detection component,but also as a special probe for manual detecting.Thus it will be used and popularized widely.
