摘要
在介绍与分析了国内外电子调焦系统的技术发展与现状的基础上 ,提出了一种基于 SSPD(自扫描光电二极管列阵 )与 80 98单片微处理器自动调焦的整体技术方案 ,给出了基于图象高频成分统计的聚焦判识算法 ,在此基础上实现了反射式与透射式光学显微镜的自动调焦 ,同时对与系统可靠性有关的其它相关问题 ,如光源稳定性、步进电机驱动等问题 。
WT5,5”BZ]On the basis of introduction and analysis for the technical development and present state of electronic focusing system at home and abroad,an integral technical scheme for automatic focusing based on SSPD(Self Scanning Photodiode array) and 8098 single chip microprocessor is proposed.A focusing criterion algorithm based on image high frequency component statistics is given.The automatic focusing of the reflection type and transmittance type optical microscopes is performed on this basis.The other related problems such as stability of light source and stepping motor driving which are related to the system reliability are also discussed.
