摘要
石油产品色度测定采用常规目视比色法和比色计法,因是直接观察,准确度低,且标准比色液和标准色片不易长期保存和使用,提出了一种新的石油产品色度测定的方法,即分光光度法。该方法通过对25种标准比色液的吸光度的测定,发现其最大吸收波长不在仪器的可测范围内,为此将其吸光度控制在02~08的范围内,选一个适当的波长为入射光波长,配以合适的比色皿,最后绘制出5种不同类型的吸光度色号标准曲线。对实际样品进行测试,相对误差由目视比色法的8%提高到2%左右。
The original methods to determine the colority of petroleum products were the conventional visual colorimetry and chromometer methods. The accuracy of the two methods was relatively low due to our direct observation with the naked eyes. In view of these defects, a new method called spectrophotometry was proposed as a substitute for the above two methods. Through the determination of the light absorbance of 25 kinds of standard colorimetric solution, we found that the wavelegth of light with maximum absorbance was beyond the wavelength range of the instrument in use. To obtain relatively higher measurement accuracy, the light absorbance was controlled within the range of 0.2 ̄0.8. After that an entrance light with proper wavelength was selected and fitted with corresponding cuvette, finally five types of standard A c curves (absorbance colority number curves) were drawn.
