口服奥硝唑与替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者的药效及安全性评价 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察并比较口服奥硝唑与替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者的药效及安全性。方法选择我院2008年1月～2011年6月妇产科确诊收治的滴虫性阴道炎患者100例,依照随机数字表法分为观察组(奥硝唑)与对照组(替硝唑)各50例,观察两组临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果观察组服用奥硝唑后,白带、尿频、尿痛等症状多数在3d内明显好转,第五天复查时基本痊愈,显效率为96.0%(48/50),不良反应发生率8.0%(4/50),均显著优于对照组。结论口服奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎具有起效快,疗程短,不良反应少,建议临床首选应用。
