摘要
目的:了解医学生对全科医学的认知及基层就业意向。方法:采取随机抽样的方式对临床本科医学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:临床本科学生对全科医学认知度不高但接受性较好,基层工作意愿不强,学生毕业后的期望收入较高。结论 :转变医学生的就业观点,积极宣传医改政策和全科医学制度,加大对基层卫生人力资源的的投入,吸引人才到基层。
Objective To know about medical students＇ cognition of general medicine and their intention of working in grassroots health organizations.Methods Random sampling survey was conducted among undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine and questionnaires results were analyzed by SPSS.Results The cognition of the students was not high,but acceptance was better.The students had not much desire to work in grassroots health organizations and their expected incomes were relatively high.Conclusion Publicity of medical reform policies and general medical should be made among medical students and investment in health manpower should be increased to attract medical talents to work in grassroots health organizations.
