摘要
以政府、企业、公众及社会组织这四大行为主体为切入点,根据不同主体的需求,分析相应的投资激励和约束措施,以促进和规范各主体的"低碳经济"行为。
The low carbon investors are investors from governments, enterprises and institu- tions. The researches on the behaviors of the low carbon investors are important to get to know the development rule of the low carbon economy and to make correct judge on the future invest- ment trend. And the researches are helpful to the decision making. In the paper, considering the different demand of investors such as governments, enterprises, the public and the social ogniza- tions, different incentive measures and regulation measures are analyzed to achieve the normative low carbon investment behaviors.
