摘要
本文初步设计黑液气化联合合成二甲醚的技术方案,该方案以造纸黑液为主要原料,采用高温气化方法生产合成气,继而经过CO部分转化反应、甲醇合成反应和二甲醚合成反应来制备二甲醚,实现工业废料的资源化利用。
The technical project on the systhesis of dimethyl ether by black liquor gasification was designed in this paper. Dimethyl ether was prepared through the reactions of carbon oxide part conversion, methanol synthesis and dimethyl ether synthesis from syngas produced in high temperature process taken the black liquor as a raw material, to realize the resource utilization of the industrial wastes.
