摘要
近年来,我国对废纸的需求量逐年增加,进口量逐年增大,原料资源尤其是废纸的供应已成为制约我国造纸工业可持续发展的瓶颈。随着回用次数的增多,废纸质量在逐年下降;随着使用量的越来越多,废纸回用的经济价值将会出现极限,此时的废纸造纸企业就会自动转向购买质量好、得率高、价格相近的木浆。倘若到达这一阶段,废纸造纸企业的经济效益将大幅下降,甚至影响到其生存。如何延缓或者说避免这一极限的发生,措施是大力发展木浆原料,拓展并优化废纸资源,加大国内废纸的回收力度,多渠道进口废纸,……
In recent years,the supply of raw material resource,especially the recycled paper,has been a bottleneck for the sustainable development of China paper industry due to the gradually increase in demand and increase in import of recycled paper in China.The quality of recycled paper is reducing gradually year by year with the increase of the recycled times;and there occurs a limit in economic value of waste paper recycling because of more and more quantity of the recycled paper usage.This will make the enterprises taken recycled paper as raw material turn to buy wood pulp with higher quality,higher yield and similar price.If the limit period really comes,the economic benefit of recycled paper enterprises would reduce dramatically,or even these enterprises would fail to survive.How to delay or avoid the occurrence of this limit? The measures are to develop wood pulp materials vigorously,expand and optimize the recycled paper resources,improve the recycling of domestic waste paper,broaden the exporting channels of recycled paper and so on.
