摘要
目的观察中药辨证分型联合激光光凝术治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的疗效。方法选择增殖期DR96例,将所有病例随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组,治疗组根据辨证论治应用中药颗粒制剂个体化治疗,联合激光光凝治疗,对照组采用单纯激光光凝治疗,经治疗两个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.5%,对照组为77.6%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用中药辨证分型联合激光光凝术治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)比单纯使用激光光凝治疗更有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiation combined with laser photocoagulation on proliferation diabetic retinopathy. Methods 96 proliferation diabetic retinopathy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, patients in experimental group were treated with Chinese herbal granule based on syndrome differentiation combined with laser photocoagulation, patients in control group received laser photocoagulation only. The course of treatment was two months, and the curative effect between two groups was compared two months after the treatment. Results The effectiveness in experimental group was 90.5%, compared with 77.6% in control group, the difference was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusions Chinese herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiation combined with laser photocoagnlation is more effective on proliferation diabetic retinopathy than laser photocoagnlation only.
