摘要
采用SDS-PAGE法,对17份冰草的醇溶蛋白遗传多样性进行分析比较.结果表明,供试材料总计电泳出16条相对迁移率不同的醇溶蛋白带纹,图谱分辨率高,在,,,4个区分别有4,5,4,3条带,多态性强,在12.5%~100%之间.17份冰草具有丰富的遗传多样性,醇溶蛋白可以很好地鉴别冰草之间的亲缘关系及遗传差异性.
Using SDS-PAGE method,on gliadin of 17 Agropyron cristatum in genetic diversity analysis.The results show that the total material electrophoresis 16 gliadin bands on different relative migration rates,atlas with high resolution,in,,,4 areas respectively 4,5,4 and 4 bands,polymorphisms between in 12.5%~100%.17 Agropyron cristatum with abundant genetic diversity,prolamines is a good identification of Agropyron cristatum between genetic relationship and genetic diversity.
