摘要
研究以二 ( 2 -乙基己基 )磷酸铵表面活性剂在磺化煤油中形成的反胶束对碱性氨基酸的萃取 .分别测定了该反胶束萃取氯化铵浓度为 1 5,2 5,3 5和 4 5mol/L的水溶液中的碱性氨基酸的分配系数 ,结果表明该反胶束具有优良的萃取性能 ,可从无机盐浓度更高的氨基酸水溶液中萃取出氨基酸 .对 pH值及氯化铵浓度对萃取的影响进行了讨论 .
Extraction of alkaline amino acids was investigated by the reverse micelles in which di-2-ethylhexyl phosphate ammonium was used as surfactant and kerosene was employed as organic solvents,these amino acids’ distribution coefficients extracted to the reverse micelles have been meaxured.The result showed that this reverse micelles has excellent extraction ability that can abstract amino acids from the aqueous in which the salt concentration may be as high as 4.5 mol/L.Effects on the distribution coefficents of aqueous pH value and NH 4Cl concentration have been discussed.
