细纱机前上罗拉牵伸胶辊的改进

摘要 为了解决环锭细纱机前上罗拉牵伸胶辊磨损严重及需一定的磨砺周期问题,提出将上罗拉牵伸胶辊通过一个张力机构包覆一个非弹性胶圈,即CPS胶圈的改进方案;指出改进后可减少上胶辊的磨砺次数,延长磨砺周期到18个月或更长时间,且纺纱品种适应性好,安装方便,不增加维修人员工作量,能耗低;另外,应用CPS胶圈,牵伸倍数不变,车间温湿度对其几乎无影响,能长时间保持纺纱质量,从而提高企业经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of heavy abrasion and grinding interval of the drawing cot on the front top roller of the spinning frame, an idea is put forth that there is possibility of addtion of tension mechanism with apron covering on the drawing cot, which is to say, CPS apron modification plan. When modification is finished,number of grinding interval can be reduced with the interval of 18 months or longer. It is good in spinnabilty, easy installation, without increase of the maintenance labor, less power consumption. What's more,application of the CPS apron doesn't change draft multiply,and the humiture of the workshop has no impact on the apron. It can keep constant yarn quality for long, consequently increasing the enterprise profit.
