摘要
在环锭纺工序中,胶辊需要定期磨砺,专家的争论只是关于打磨胶辊的方式和频率。采用何种方式和何时打磨对胶辊的使用寿命有很大影响是毫无异议的。实践经验表明,胶辊磨砺不是一个选择的问题,而是一个必须决定磨砺方式和磨砺时机的事实。纺织厂应基于实际状况制定各自的磨砺计划。这是保证胶辊充分使用以产生合理的经济效益的唯一方式。
Cots need regular grinding in the ring spinning process, debates among the experts are only about the manner and frequency of grinding. It is clear that the ＂how ＂ and ＂when＂ of grinding can have a huge influence on the service life of the cot. Practical experience shows that grinding is not a matter of chance, rather hard facts are needed to determine the how and when. Every spinning mill should plan its individual grinding plan based on actual conditions. This is the only way to guarantee the effective use of the cots -so that a reasonable price-performance relationship exists.
