摘要
分析了新型单组份KTFR胶辊涂料的物理性能、产品特点、操作方法及使用注意事项,通过与普通胶辊表面处理工艺试用效果、寿命等进行对比,指出单组份KTFR系列涂料在环保、耐磨性、抗绕性、提高成纱质量、减少操作工的劳动强度方面具有的优势,应有一定的推广价值和现实意义。
Analysis is done to the physics property, advantages, application method and application caution of the coating KTFR with sigle component. Through the comparative analysis with the conventional products in surface process and the service life, conclusion is made that the coating KTFR is of good edge in environment friendliness, abrasion resistance, entangle resistance, yarn quality upgrading and operation of labor reduction,thus worthy of promotion.
