摘要
针对胶辊、胶圈是细纱机牵伸机构的重要器材,其对牵伸效果影响至关重要这一问题,全面阐述了细纱胶辊、胶圈的作用及结构特点,探讨了胶辊、胶圈的设计、制造、使用、管理、标准化与成纱质量的关系,并提出提高成纱质量的应对措施。同时指出高抗缠绕性、高耐磨性、高回弹性、低滑移率、抗重压、高适纺性是胶辊、胶圈的发展方向,新品推广应与严细管理、维护保养、新工艺匹配相结合,并及时将自主创新产品转换为标准,以满足市场对成纱质量的高要求。
The cot and apron are the main elements for the drafting mechanism in spinning section. They are essential to drafting process. Comprehensive description is done to the cot and apron regarding the effect and structure features. Probing is done into the impact of design, manufacturing, application, management, standardization on quality of resultant yarn. Some measures are put forth upgrading yarn quality. Conclusion is made that the future development of cot and apron is of high anti-entangling, high anti-abrasion, high bouncing, low slippage, anti-pressure, wide application. New product promotion should be done in conjunction with aborative management, maintenance, configuration of new process. Timely transition of self created product into standard should be promoted for fulfillment of the market on yarn quality.
