摘要
病案室工作人员常年接触受污染的病案纸,从事重复的、简单的机械化劳动,这些都是可能影响病案工作人员的身心健康的因素。如何尽可能的去除影响健康的因素,有效地进行心理调节,是值得探讨的问题。
The contaminated medical records papers,repetitive simple and mechanical work may be some factors which affect physical and mental health of medical records department staff.How to remove the factors as much as possible,adjust psychology effectively are the problems which are worth exploring.
