摘要
目的 探讨半月板损伤缝合对其愈合过程的影响及半月板愈合时间和方式。方法 将 40只健康大耳白兔半月板边缘做纵行损伤模型 ,采用缝合与不缝合两种方法 ,定期取标本进行病理学检查。结果 半月板缝合术后 ,半月板逐渐愈合 ,术后 6周 ,半月板完全愈合。愈合方式以纤维细胞填充为主 ,并可见少数纤维软骨细胞。不缝合组半月板裂口持续存在 ,其裂缘表面形成一层类上皮样细胞 ,将创缘封闭。结论 早期缝合损伤的半月板能够使半月板创缘对合 ,保证其愈合过程正常进行。实验研究为临床推广半月板缝合手术提供了重要的实验依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of meniscus suture on m eniscus healing which included healing time and healing pattern.Methods Fourty healthy rabbits were adopted in this study.The m odel of meniscus injury was m ade by a longitudinal incision atthe medial meniscus of the left knee.The rabbits were divid- ed into two groups,the experimental group was treated by m eniscus suture and the control group was unsutured. After operation,the m eniscus samples were collected periodically and observed by gross,light and electronic m i- croscope to analysis the m eniscus healing.Results The injuried meniscus was healed gradually and completely at the sixth week in the experimental groups.More fibroblasts and less fibrocartilage cells could be observed in the healed meniscus.Oppositely,there was no meniscus healing in the control group and the edge of injuried m eniscus was sealed by epithelioid cells.Conclusion The m eniscus suture can accelerate the healing process of m eniscus in- jury. Besides,early suture make the injuried meniscus correctly positioned to ensure the norm al healing process.
