摘要
Through study on articles of fMRI and acupuncture-moxibustion of the recent 10 years, application of fMRI on specificity studies of meridians and acupoints such as comparison of single acupoint, point group, various manipulations, essence of needling sensation and indications of acupuncture, etc. were summarized. And it is held that the future study should be focused on the entire meridian. The principle of the relationship among meridians, the centre nerve and Zang-fu organs should be explored as well at a new level so as to promote the further studies on essence of meridian.
通过查询近10年有关功能磁共振成像(fMRI)和针刺研究的文章,对近年来fMRI技术在经络穴位特异性研究如单穴、组穴、不同针刺手法的比较、得气实质以及针刺治疗疾病等方面进行了总结,今后应以整条经脉为研究对象,更深层次地探索经脉—中枢—脏腑的联系规律,从而推动经络实质研究的进一步发展。
