脑功能磁共振成像的临床应用 被引量:9

摘要 功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)对脑的研究已成为当今科研的热点方向之一。最常用的技术是基于血氧水平(blood oxygenation level-dependent,BOLD)信号变化强度原理。基于BOLD的fMRI技术不需要注射外源性对比剂。神经元活动增强往往紧随着血流量的增加,携带着氧合血红蛋白的红细胞随血流到达激活区,导致局部顺磁性的去氧血红蛋白的含量相对降低,
