摘要
对薄层层析法在卵磷脂产品纯度分析中的应用进行了初步的探讨 .试验结果表明 ,该方法快速、简单、直观、准确 ,在生产及科研过程中较为实用 .
The paper dicusses the application of thin layer chromatography in analyzing lecithin product. The results showed that this analytical method by TLC is rapid,easy,accurate and useful in industrial process and research.
