摘要
蝙蝠葛苏林碱属双苄基四氢异喹啉类生物碱,存在于防己科植物蝙蝠葛的根茎中,由郑锡文等分离得到,并证明结构。华维一等全合成了蝙蝠葛苏林碱并验证了结构。近几年来的药理研究发现。
Daurisoline has been isolated from the plant Mcnispermum dauricum DC. The present investigation describes the total synthesis of antipode of Daurisoline via the optical active compounds (+)-1-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-2-methyl-6, 7-dimethoxy-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and (+)-7, 4-O, O-dibenzyl-3'-bromo-2-methyl-6-methoxy-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline. IR, NMR, MS of (1a) were completely identical with those of authentic natural sample (1). Circula dichroism spectrum of (1 a) was symmetrical to that of (1).
