摘要
在前文的研究基础上,考虑到苯骈咪唑环具有广泛的生理活性,合成了一系列2-乙酰苯骈咪唑缩氨基硫脲衍生物。合成路线如下:
A group of 2-acetylbenzimidazolyl thiosemicarbazones have been synthesized through condensation of methyl 3-[1-(benzimidazol-2-yl) ethylidene] hydrazinecarbodithioate with corresponding amines or by reaction of 2-acetylbenzimidazole with N-substituted thiosemicarbazides. The preliminary antimalarial activity of these compounds was studied in P. berghei-bearing mice, Most of the compounds showed a dose related suppression of the parasite. Two compounds, namely methyl 3-[1-(benzimidazol-2-yl) ethylidene] hydrazinecarbodithioate and N^4-O-methylphenyl-1-(2'-acethlbenzimidazolyl) thiosemicarbazone, showed some antibacterial activity in vitro.
