摘要
针对实际升降台剪叉机构中液压缸常用布置方式存在的问题 ,提出了另一种相对布置方式 .利用瞬时速度中心法和虚位移原理 ,推导出这种布置方式液压缸活塞运动速度与台面升降速度的关系式及活塞推力与台面荷重的关系式 ,并对 2种布置方式进行了分析和比较 ,指出了它们各自的优缺点及适用场合 .根据一升降台剪叉机构的工程实例做了几何。
Aimed at the problems occurred due to the disposition of hydraulic cylinder commonly adopted in scissors mechanism for platform lifting, another scheme of opposite disposition is proposed. The relationship between piston speed and platform lifting speed and that between piston thrust and scissors mechanism load are derived by using the method of instantaneous velocity center and the principle of virtual displacement. Then the two ways of cylinder disposition are analysed and compared; the features and application field of each disposition are also pointed out a comparison calculation of geometric, kinematic, and dynamic parameters and rational selection of constructional parameters of hydraulic cylinder are conducted for a concrete platform lifting scissors mechanism to be used in practical engineering.
