摘要
设计机场集装箱/板升降平台车的桥平台结构,对桥平台的关键受力部件上台面和剪叉臂进行静力学分析,并校核其强度.对桥平台处于最高位置时进行模态分析,提取运算结果.桥平台前五阶固有频率集中在3~17 Hz的低频阶段,各阶振型主要表现为上台面和剪叉臂摆动、扭曲.桥平台的静力学及模态分析结果为桥平台的设计提供了理论依据.
The bridge platform' s structure of airport container/pallet lifting loader is designed. Static analysis on up table and fork arm which are key mechanical parts of bridge platform is carried out to verify the structur al strength. The modal analysis on bridge platformsis, the result show that the first 5 frequency is concentrated in 3 - 17 Hz lowfrequency phase, vibration mode appears on the swing and twist on the up table and fork arm. The static and modal analysis results of the bridge platform provide a theoretical basis for the design of the bridge platform.
