前报已报道了中药重楼的基源植物重楼属七叶一枝花、滇重楼等9个种和变种根茎的组织显微特征。在此基础上,我们对该属另外9种和变种植物的根茎作了组织显微鉴定。1.北重楼Paris verticillata M. Bieb.(取材根茎直径为2 mm,以下简称直径)
The description of distinguishing pharmacognostic characteristics on 9 species and varieties of Rhizoma Paridis has been published previously, and this paper reported the other 9 species, namely Paris verticillata M. Bieb., P. mairei Levl, P. luquanensis H. Li, P. bashannensis Wang et Tang, P. japonica Franch., P. fargesii Franch., P. thibetica Franch., P. axialis H. Li and P. tetraphylla A. Gray. According to the result of observation, the key to microscopical identification on 18 species and varieties was given.
