摘要
在高等教育改革不断深化的新形势下,传统的管理模式受到批评并且也存在一定弊端,因此,建立一种合理的契约化管理模式,明确高校和学生之间的权利义务关系及双方的归责情况,显得尤为必要和迫切。
Under the new situation of higher education reform,traditional management mode is criticized and also has certain drawbacks,therefore,establishing a reasonable contract management mode to clear relationship of rights and obligations between universities as well as the condition of their imputation is necessary and urgent.
