摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和初步完善,高等教育改革的深化,依法治国方略的实施,高等学校的传统管理模式受到了严峻的挑战。探索适应新形势的高校学生管理模式,是各高校极为关注并积极探索的一个新问题。建立契约式管理模式,以确保学校和学生双方权益需要为目的,界定学校和学生之间的权利义务关系是当前高校学生管理的必然选择。
The traditional management model higher learning institutions has bheen faced with the severe challenge and cannot meet the demand of current situation with the establishment and preliminary improvement of socialist market economy system,further reform of higher education and the implement of governing nation by law.Therefore,many higher learning institutions attach great importance to exploration of college students management model suitable to the new situstion.This paper puts forward the idea that it is an inevitable choice for college students management to set up contractual management which ensures rights and interests of both higher learning institutions and students as its purpose and defines rights and responsibility between them.
