摘要分析了战略性新兴产业发展的"五大"趋势与关键驱动要素,从系统视角出发探究了战略性新兴产业创新发展的集成架构,即由战略子系统、核心网络子系统、知识技术子系统以及环境子系统所构成的复杂适应系统,并分析了四大子系统及其相互间的功能特性与关系,并探讨了我国战略性新兴产业培育竞争优势的可行路径。 The trend and key driving factors are analyzed,and the framework of industrial innovation system for emerging and strategic industries is put forward in systematic perspective.The four subsystems of emerging and strategic industries innovation system are studied,they are strategic subsystem,core network subsystem,knowledge technology subsystem,and environment subsystem..The characteristics and the relationship between each subsystem are stated.Finally,the methods for winning the competitive advantages for emerging and strategic industries are discussed too.
