摘要
区域协同创新网络是高新技术集群及园区在创新功能方面的抽象,准确地识别、分析、预防风险是其健康发展的重要一环。文章在前期研究的基础上引入外部协同网络,提出了区域协同创新网络"三角结构",据此梳理了现有风险。通过系统动力学因果关系模型,结合"三角结构"与网络特征指标分析了协同创新网络风险的形成过程,并运用案例对比验证了因果关系回路。进而结合案例揭示了创新密集型集群的风险易发缺口,提出了相应的建议。
Regional collaborative innovation networks are the abstract of high-tech clusters and parks in terms of innovative function. To accurately identify, analyze and prevent risks is an important part of their healthy development. This paper introduces external collaborative networks on the basis of previous researches, proposes regional collaborative innovation networks "triangular structure", and accordingly summarizes the existing risks. With the system dynamics model, "triangular structure" and networks' features, it analyzes the risk evolution of collaborative innovation networks and verifies the causality loop by using cases comparison. Finally, it reveals vulnerable aspects in innovation-intensive clusters" risks combining with cases study, and makes corresponding recommendations.
