益气养阴通络汤配合刺络拔罐治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的:观察益气养阴通络汤配合刺络拔罐治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:对58例符合老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的门诊患者,采用随机对照单盲法,按1∶1随机分成两组,治疗组29例,对照组29例。治疗组服用益气养阴通络汤配合刺络拔罐,对照组口服尼美舒利,配合肌注维生素B1和维生素B12。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴通络汤配合刺络拔罐能有效治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛。
