摘要
随着信息时代的快速发展,高校人事管理信息化的地位和重要性日益凸显。高校人事管理只有实现了信息化,才能更加明确工作思路,提高工作效率,为学校的人才引进提供科学的决策依据。本文通过分析高校人事管理工作的现状,提出了适合高校人事管理的信息化系统,对推动高校人事管理的现代化具有重要的理论和实践意义。
With the rapid development of the information age, the status and importance of the university per- sonnel management of information technology is becoming increasingly prominent. Only by realizing the informa- tion technology of college personnel management, there can be clearer ideas, working efficiency can be improved and a scientific basis for decision making for the school talent introduction can be provided. Through the analysis of the current situation in the University Personnel Management, this paper puts forward suitable information sys- tem for the college personnel management, which has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the modernization of College Personnel Management.
