摘要
人事管理信息化建设是高校信息化建设的一个重要组成部分。本文在深入分析高校人事管理工作的现状及主要问题的基础上,从任务、策略及思路、系统模块及其网络基本结构等四个方面入手,提出了适合高校人事管理信息化建设的系统化解决方案。
Informational construction of personnel management is an important part of the informational construction of university. Based on the status and key issues of college personnel management, the paper puts forward a systematic solutions project from the mission, strategy and ideas, systematic modules and network infrastructure, which is fit for the informational construction of personnel management of university.
