摘要
教师专业自主权是教师专业发展的核心。民办园作为体制改革的产物,其教师专业自主权的发挥更多地受到园长、家长以及自身等因素的制约。本研究调查民办园教师内在自主权与外在自主权缺失的现状与原因,并从加强教师对幼儿园的认同以及教师赋权两个方面提出民办园教师专业自主权回归的策略。
The teachers＇ professional autonomy is the core of teachers＇ professional development. Private kindergarten is the result of system innovation. Private kindergarten teachers＇ professional autonomy is restricted by the kindergarten leaders, parents, self and so on . The paper will investigate the actuality and the cause of the losing of private kindergarten teachers＇ professional autonomy and put forward some strategies about the returning of private kindergarten teachers＇ professional autonomy from enhancing teachers＇ identity with kindergarten and teachers empowerment.
