吸入一氧化氮治疗高原肺水肿对血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在海拔3700m对8例高原肺水肿患者在治疗前、吸入一氧化氮气体(NO)50分钟即刻和治愈后(治疗时间1.90.3天)依次检测其红细胞比容(HCT)、血液粘度(ηb)、血浆粘度(ηp)、还原粘度(ηr)、血浆纤维蛋白原(PFC)、红细胞刚性指数(IR)、红细胞变形系数(TK)、红细胞聚集系数(VA)、微循环滞留时间(MST)和血栓形成系数(TFL)10项血液流变学指标。结果:吸入NO治疗50分钟即刻较治疗前ηr、IR、MAI、MST均降低,相差显著(P<0.05)。治愈后较吸入NO50分钟即刻PFC降低,相差显著(P<0.05),其它各指标虽有降低但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治愈后较治疗前ηr、ηp、Th、VAI、MST、TFL均降低非常显著(P<0.01),PFC降低显著(P<0.05)。结论:吸入低浓度NO治疗高原肺水肿,在吸入50分钟内即出现对血液流变学显著改善的干预效应。 10 items of rheological index were detected on 8 cases of high altitude pulmonare edema patient (at 3700m above sea level) before treatment,after inhalation of nitric oxide (No) gas for 50 minutes immediately and after cure (therapeatic time 1. 9 0. 3 days) respectively. 10 items include: Erythrocyte specific volume (ESV ), Blood viscosity(BV ), Plasma viscosity (PV ), Reduction viscosity(RV ), Plasma fihrinogen (PF), Erythro cyte rigidity index (ERI), Erythrocyte distortion coefficient(EDC ), Erythrocyte aggregation coefficient (EAC ), Microcirculation retention time (MRT) and Thrombosis coefficient (TC). Result:After inhalation of NO for 50 minutes, RV, ERT,EAC, EAC, MRT were decreased than those hefore heatment with significant difference(P < 0. 05 ).Afer cure, PF wns decreased than inhalation of No for 50 minutes with significant difference(P< 0.05), but the other items were decreased with no statistic significance (P > 0. 05 ). After cure,RV, PV, EDC, EAC, MRT, TC were decreased with highly significant difference (P > 0. 01 ) thanbefore treatment, PF decreased significantely(P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Inhalation of low concentration NO for treating of high altitude pulmonary edema may appear meddle effect on significant improvement of blood rheology within 50 minutes.
