摘要
目的：探讨角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的有效性及影响因素。方法：应用角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡４４例４４只眼，穿透性角膜移植（ＰＫＰ）２９例２９只眼，板层角膜移植（ＬＫＰ）１５例１５只眼，３３例为８ｍｍ以上的大植片角膜移植。结果：４１例感染控制并保存了眼球，３２例视力较术前有不同程度提高，１８例获得０．０５以上有用视力，其中且例穿通性角膜移植术后最佳矫正视力达１．０，１例极层角膜移植术后最佳矫正视力达０．６。３例角膜严重感染者，ＰＫＰ术后感染复发，行眼内容剜出术。结论：应用角膜移植治疗严重真菌性角膜溃疡或穿孔，在目前无有效抗真菌药物治疗的情况下是一种行之有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and the factor Of influence. Methods: 44 eyes of 44 cases of fungal corneal ulcer were treated with keratoplasty, 29 cases with penetrating keratoplasty, 15 cases with lamellar keratoplasty. The effectiveness of keratoplasty in treatment of fungal corneal ulcer was observed. Results: The rate of infection control is 93.2%. The postoperative visions of 32 patients were better than praperative ones. The clearing rate of corneal plant sheet is 68%. Conclusions: Conetrating or lamellar keratoplasty is an effective and reliable method in treating fungal corneal comealulcer.
