摘要
目的 :探讨钙调素拮抗剂 (CaMA)对人类精子的影响。 方法 :使用不同浓度盐酸桂利嗪溶液在体外与人精子相互作用 ,观察精子活力、ATP、超微结构变化。 结果 :盐酸桂利嗪能显著抑制精子活动率、运动速度 ,减少精子内ATP含量。电镜显示 :盐酸桂利嗪溶液作用后的精子细胞膜、顶体及线粒体的超微结构发生不同程度的损伤性变化。 结论 :盐酸桂利嗪可干扰精子的能量代谢 ,破坏精子的顶体结构 ,为CaMA类药物作为男性避孕药提供实验依据。
Objectives:To investigate effect of calmodulin antagonists on human sperm. Methods:Different concentrations of cinnarizini hydrochloride were mixed with human spermatozoa respectively in vitro and sperm motility,ATP and ultrastructural changes were observed. Results:Cinnarizini hydrochloride could significantly reduce the percentage and velocity of motile spermatozoa and the concentration of ATP in the spermatozoa.Electron microscopical studies showed considerable ultrastructural changes in the spermatozoa treated by cinnarizini hydrochloride. Conclusions:Cinnarizini hydrochloride can intervene the energy metabolism in the spermatozoal mitochondria and destroy acrosomal membrane.The study provides an experimental foundation for calmodulin antagonists antifertility.
