摘要
目的 :验证促孕胶囊Ⅲ号治疗高催乳素引起的不孕 (育 )症的临床作用与疗效。 方法 :选择符合条件的高催乳素血症 (HPRL) 2 0 0例 ,双盲随机分甲乙两组 ,各 10 0例 ,比较两组的疗效 ;并于治疗前后检测催乳素 (PRL)、雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮 (T)或黄体酮 (P) ,比较治疗前后及组间激素的变化 ,同时分析 2 0 0例HPRL的临床表现与辨证分型。结果 :甲 (中药 )组与乙 (溴隐亭即CB154 )组疗效差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;用药 3个月后 ,测定PRL明显下降 ,E2 、T或P明显改变 ,较治疗前有显著性差异 ;停药追踪 3个月 ,中药组复发率低于CB154 组。中药辨证分析 ,HPRL以肝郁为主 ,肾虚或脾虚多见。 结论 :促孕胶囊Ⅲ号能抑制血PRL和调节E2 、T或P等激素 ,其特点是便、廉、验、无毒副反应 ,具有疏肝、补肾健脾之功 ,是治疗HPRL引起的不孕不育症的高效浓缩中药。
Objectives:To verify the clinical effects of pregnancy promoter capsules in treating for infertility caused by high galactin. Methods:The 200 cases of HPRL are randomly divided into two groups (the Chinese medicine group and the Ergotactin Bromergon group, 100 cases in each group),and their effects of treatment are compared.Moreover,PRL,E 2,T or P are tested both before and after the treatment to monitor the change of the hormone and the difference between the two groups .Meanwhile,analysis of the clinical symptoms of the 200 cases and their dialectical classification are conducted. Results:No remarked difference is found( P >0.05) between the two groups at the beginning of the treatment. After 3 months ,it showes that PRL has declined apparently and E 2, T or P have changed obviously.The group treated with the Chinese medicine has lower recurrence rate than that treated with Ergolactin Bromergon. Conclusions:Pregnancy promoter capsules(Ⅲ) is effective in restraining PRL and regulating hormone such as E 2,T or P.It is convenient in usage,low in price,effective in treatment and free from side effects.It is a highly effective concentrated Chinese medicine in treating sterility caused by HPRL .
