摘要
目的 提高良性前列腺增生症开放手术治疗效果。 方法 采用耻骨后保留尿道前列腺增生部切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症患者 10 3例。 结果 10 3例均手术成功 ,随访 1～ 5 6个月 ,效果满意 ,并发症少。 结论 耻骨后保留尿道前列腺增生部切除术为较理想的良性前列腺增生开放手术治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate Madigan prostatectomy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Method Madigan prostatectomy has been carried out for 103 cases of BPH and the patients have been followed up for 1～56 months. Results The procedure have been satisfactory in all with less complication. Conclusions Madigan prostatectomy is believed to be the ideal surgical procedure for the treatment of BPH.
