摘要
目的 提高良性前列腺增生症开放手术治疗效果。方法 对255例有症状的前列腺增生 (BPH)患者行改良Madigan前列腺切除术。术后随访3月～8年。结果 本组患者均手术成功 ,术中尿道损伤135例 ,膀胱颈部损伤18例。腺体残留1例 ,轻度尿失禁10例。术后IPSS平均4.5分 ,生活质量评分0～2分 ,最大尿流率15.5～22.5ml/s。结论 本术式是一种安全性高、易掌握、并发症少。
Objective To evaluate modified Madigan prostatectomy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia prostatic(BPH). Methods Modified Madigan prostatectomy with reserving the prostatic urethra was performed for255cases of BPH.The patients have been followed-up for3months to8years. Results All patients were operated successfully and recovered smoothly.After discharging form the hospital,the average IPSS score was4.5,the living quality score was0～2,the maximal uroflowrate was15.5～22.5ml/s.The intraoperative included urethral injury in135cases,bladder neck injury in18,rudiment of gland in1case,urinary incontinence in10cases. Conclusion The operation procedure is safe,easy to master,having low occurrence of complications with lowmorbidity and excellent outcome.
