摘要
目的 提高膀胱全切除术后的患者控尿能力 ,简化手术。 方法 在改良Indiana膀胱术的基础上结合以阑尾为输出道的方法 ,对 17例全膀胱切除的患者施行以原位阑尾作为输出道的可控性尿流改道术。 结果 16例患者能完全控制尿液 ,且无肾功能损害。 结论 改良术式简化了手术程序 ,基本上不破坏回肠 ,控制尿液满意。
Objective To evaluate a modified Indiana pouch with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit. Methods Since 1991,a modified Indiana pouch with cecum segment and an unaltered in situ appendix conduit was performed for 17 patients with a mean age of 62. Results The patients have been followed up for 3～72 months and 16 have been continent day and night without any damage to the kidney function. Conclusions The stated surgical technique is simpler and less time consumong and satisfactory continence has been achieved.
